The process of CPR involves the use of chest compressions, rescue breaths, and defibrillation to restart a heart that has experienced cardiac arrest. In a hospital or similar clinical set up, the use of medication is also an integral part of providing adequate CPR. Several programs on CPR are available, with most of them including first aid training except for the stand-alone classes. All certification expires after three years.

Windsor does not expire food safety credentials but require them to be updated every 5 years.

Safety

  • Fire hazards and safety
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System and Transport of Dangerous Goods
  • Hydrogen-sulfide awareness

All of these are available on-line and have certification that does not expire, except for hydrogen sulfide awareness. That program is available both online and in house, and certification has a validity of three years.
