Is the blended certificate the same as in-class?
Yes—when online theory and the in-person skills session are completed, the certificate is equivalent.

How long does the online portion take?
Typically 2–6 hours, depending on the course. Staff can pause/resume anytime before the skills date.

What if someone doesn’t finish online theory in time?
They’ll be moved to a make-up skills session in line with your policy. We send reminders to minimize no-shows.

Can we run skills sessions on evenings or weekends?
Yes—most cities offer after-hours and weekend options.

Do you integrate with our LMS?
We can provide CSV/Excel completion files and scheduled reports your HR or LMS team can import.
